NADRA-HQ-RFB-88/2026 1. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan invites sealed electronic bids from Eligible Bidders registered Income Tax & Sales Tax and who are Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR for the supply of Tools for Operational and Maintenance in Data Center and Associated Equipment with the reference of " P72811" E-Pads v2.0. 2. Single Stage-Two Envelope method will be adopted and LCBS will be use for evaluation in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any Regulations, Regulatory Guides, Procurement Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Authority from time to time. 3. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on 4TH August, 2026 at 1100hrs at Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. 4. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Vendor must submit hardcopy of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration Proof and undertaking of Non-black listing on company letterhead along with original bid security on or before Monday, August 17, 2026 11:00 AM at below mentioned address. 5. E-Bidding documents, containing detailed terms & conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/72811 for all the interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. Bidders are required to get themselves registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in Bidding process. 6. 1. The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites sealed bids from eligible vendors, registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors and with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and included in Active Taxpayer’s List of FBR, for the deployment of a production monitoring solution across the paper and paperboard sector in Pakistan. The vendors are required to submit proposals for a production monitoring/counting solution comprising one or more suitable technologies, including PLC/SCADA or machine-controller integration, barcode/QR code/RFID-based traceability, industrial sensors, load cells and weighing systems, reel diameter, width, length, GSM and other production parameter measurement, OCR, image-based recognition, industrial cameras, video analytics, utility monitoring, or any other technically suitable solution proposed by the Vendor and approved by the FBR, provided it meets both the Technical and Proof of Concept (POC) evaluation criteria (including preferable accuracy of 99% with a minimum requirement of 99%) defined in Section V – Scope of Work and is cost-effective

The Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority (CCRA), Islamabad, intends to prequalify Workshops/Firms/Dealerships for Repair & Maintenance, along with spare parts, for CCRA Vehicles and Bikes under the Open Framework Agreement for a period of 03 years. Applications / Documents are invited from well-established/ reputed and experienced parties registered with the Sales Tax / Income Tax Department for Prequalification of Automobile Workshops/Firms /dealer ships for Repair & Maintenance along with spare parts for CCRA Vehicles and Bikes. Prequalification Documents, containing application and detailed terms & conditions, can be downloaded from the websites of PPRA www.ppra.gov.pk and CCRA www.ccra.gov.pk • The Applications / Documents should be prepared in accordance with the instructions given in the Documents and must be submitted to the undersigned, duly completed in all respects on or before 12th August, 2026 on or before 11.00 AM. • Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of available bidders. If the bid opening date is on a gazetted holiday, then Applications / Documents will be opened on the next working day. • Applications / Documents received after the submission of the due date/time mentioned above will not be entertained. • The competent Authority may reject all proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a proposal, as provided under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
