Pakistan invites sealed proposals from reputable consultant/consulting firms for undertaking the
following studies:

Scope
Each study involves assessment of the above sectors for the financial year 2025 in the following
areas.
i. National productive capacity in each of the sectors defined above.
ii. National consumer demand in each of the sectors per annum.
iii. Installed capacity of each sector.
iv. Export potential of each sector in US Dollar (per annum)
v. Ten key potential export markets for producers in Pakistan within the sectors
mentioned above , categorized by country
Procurement: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure (Technical & Financial Proposals
separately as per PPRA rule 36 (b))
Eligibility Criteria
i. Individual consultants with active NTN status/ consulting firm with active NTN and
STRN
ii. Proven experience in conducting market research and analysis
iii. Strong analytical and work experience in macro-economic analysis

EXTENSION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO CARRYING OUT UNDER GROUND GAS LEAKAGE DETECTION (UGLD) SURVEY OF LAHORE REGIONS (EAST & WEST)
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a leading gas utility company, is undertaking a comprehensive Underground Leakage Detection (UGLD) survey for its extensive pipeline network spanning Lahore (east and west). The pipeline network, which covers a total of 20,358 kilometers, requires a systematic and thorough survey to detect any potential methane gas leakage along its course. This survey will be critical for maintaining safety standards and preventing any potential hazards related to gas leakage and gas losses. The survey must be completed within a 12-month period, with a target of surveying approximately 1000 kilometers of pipeline each month. To ensure the survey's successful execution, SNGPL is inviting bids from bidders with the necessary expertise, equipment, and resources to carry out the
entire UGLD survey of Lahore region. This includes providing the required manpower, vehicles, equipment, fuel, and comprehensive management services. The selected bidder must adhere to the defined timelines and safety standards set forth by SNGPL.

Invitation for Prequalification

Prequalification of Event Management Companies
Through Open Framework Contract
1. SMEDA intends to prequalify Event Management Companies for Invitation to Bid(s) and sign
the framework agreement(s) with the selected bidder(s) subsequent to bidding process in case of
Open Framework Agreement(s).
2. The objective of the intended Open framework agreement(s) is the on-demand arrangement of
official events/Expos at given locations through subsequent Contract(s) with successful
bidders, and the purpose of this Prequalification Notice is to provide the very basic information
to enable the potential applicants to decide whether or not to respond to this Prequalification
Notice.
3. Now SMEDA, in Administration & Central Support Division, invites proposals through e-
Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) https://eprocure.gov.pk on “Single-Stage,
One-Envelope” method from reputed Companies / Firms for Open Framework Agreement
(for three years) registered with income tax and sales tax department.
4. Bidding / prequalification documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions
are available for the registered Companies on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and SMEDA
website www.smeda.org.
5. Complete Tendering process shall be carried out through E-PADS. Interested firms/bidders
are requested to register on the EPADS. For registration and guidance/training on EPADS,
you may contact EPADS UAN: 051-111-137-237.
6. The electronic proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions given in the
Prequalification document, must be uploaded on EPADS on or before May 12, 2026 by 12:30
PM and will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM. SMEDA reserves the right to reject
all proposals in terms of Rule 33 of PPRA rules.
7. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule 48 of PPR 2004 is provided on SMEDA
website www.smeda.org and on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

PIFD requires the services of a Security Contractor Company to safeguard its assets, students, faculty, staff. The following strength of guards having minimum matriculation qualification, experience of working as guard, well trained for using arms, professional appearance, equipped with licensed arms and equipped with proper uniform and scanners/detectors, without any deformity or handicap are required to be deployed at PIFD campus and hostels.
Security services will initially be required at the PIFD Lahore campus. The successful bidder may be asked to provide services in other cities (Karachi, Skardu and Islamabad) as and when needed and the payment will be released accordingly.
PIFD reserves the right to increase or reduce the strength of guards and their respective remuneration as per requirements varying from time to time.
The Civilian Guards must have at least 2 Years of working Experience as Guard.
The age of civil guards must be between 25 and 50 years whereas for Army/ Ranger / Police Guards up to 55 years.

1. National database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders as mentioned in bidding documents and registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Authorities and who are on Active Tax Payers List (ATL) with 100% compliance of the FBR for Procurement of 1,800,000 x Envelope White Window Type 9’’ x 4’’ (With Pre-Printed Text).
2. The bidding shall have conducted in line with the Single Stage Two Envelop procedure. E-bidding documents as per regulations, containing details terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
3. The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 27th April, 2026 at 11:00am. Manual bids will not be accepted for further tendering process. Electronic bids will be open on the same day i.e. 27th April, 2026 at 11:30am. The hard copy of the bid security (in Original) must be submitted on or before 27th April, 2026 at 11:00 am, otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted.
