The contractors are required to submit their applications for issuance of tender documents alongwith their complete credentials as shown at (Serial No. 08). The application shall be scrutinized and the tender documents will only be issued to the firms who have sufficient experience in the relevant field and satisfy other special conditions required for the job and area. Tenders documents are available in office of GE (Air) Bholari. Interested parties are requested to collect the same on any working day from 0800 to 1420 hrs. Tenders will be issued to the scrutinized contractors. The tender must received to the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 27 Mar, 2026. And will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date.
NOTE: Contractors shall provided certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with Government Department in the court of law and that no special report of Directorate inspection and evaluation (E-in-C’s Br GHQ) is outstanding against him.
All contractors, will certify in writing that they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and will submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
Contractors born on approved list of MES in category ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ & ‘D’ and above also having experience in this type of work may apply.
Contractors who desire may be present at the time of opening of tenders.
The accepting officers reserve the right to accept or reject the tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules.

PAEC Foundation invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable, experienced, and well-established consultancy firms / Land acquisition specialists registered in Pakistan to provide professional consultancy services for the identification and acquisition of commercially viable urban land parcels in major cities of Punjab.
Scope of Services
• Identification of suitable commercial and residential land opportunities in major cities of Punjab.
• Market survey and assessment of investment potential and commercial viability of identified land.
• Conducting legal, technical, and financial due diligence of proposed sites.
• Assistance in negotiations with landowners/developers.
• Facilitation and advisory services for acquisition/transfer processes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Preparation of feasibility reports and investment recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested firms must:
• Registered with relevant authorities in Pakistan (SECP / partnership / sole proprietorship as applicable).
• Demonstrated minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate consultancy, land acquisition advisory, property development advisory, or urban land transactions.
• Proven track record of similar assignments in major cities.
• Availability of qualified professionals, including real estate experts, legal advisors, and financial analysts.
• Strong knowledge of local land regulations and property markets in Punjab.
• Have experience in providing consultancy services to government organizations or large institutions.
Interested firms may submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with company profile, relevant experience, registration certificates, NTN, and details of key professionals. EOIs must reach the address given below within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Shortlisted firms will be invited to submit Technical and Financial Proposals under the Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method.

1. National database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders as mentioned in bidding documents and registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Authorities and who are on Active Tax Payers List (ATL) with 100% compliance of the FBR for the Procurement of 50 x Air Cooler for NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta.
2. The bidding shall have conducted in line with the Single Stage Two Envelop procedure.
3. E-bidding documents as per regulations, containing details terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
4. The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 2nd April, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted for further tendering process. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day i.e. 2nd April, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. The hard copy of the bid security (in Original) must be submitted in favor of NADRA HQ on or before 2nd April, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted.
5. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.

Tender Notice No. 57
The contractor are required to submit their applications upto 30 Mar, 2026 for issuance of tender documents alongwith their complete credentials as shown at (Serial 9). The application shall be scrutinized and the tender documents will only be issued to the firms who have sufficient experience in the relevant field and satisfy other special conditions required for the job and area. Tenders will only be issued to the scrutinized contractors. The tender must be received in the accepting office by 1130 Hrs on 31 Mar, 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same date.
NOTE:- Contractors shall provide certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with Government Department in the Court of Law and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
All Contractors, will certify in writing that they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and will submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
Contractors born on approved List of MES in Category ‘B’ ‘C’ & ‘D’ or other Governments for “No Limit“ and having experience of this type of work may only apply.
Contractor who desire may be present at the time of opening of tenders.
The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules.
The interested parties can contact GE (Air) Faisal & GE (Air) Bholari authorized representative for further details from 0800 to 1400 hours on all working days.
