Description
AIWAN-E-IQBAL COMPLEX, LAHORE QUOTATION WORKS FOR FY 2026-27 Inquiry No. AIC/2026/03 The Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, Lahore intends to procure “Tender of Quotation Works for the Financial Year 2026-27” against Procurement Reference No. P123931 through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Funds for the procurement have been reserved under the Financial Year 2026-27. Sealed e-Bids are invited from eligible and registered bidders for the Works described in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage–One Envelope procedure by adopting the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations/instructions issued by the Authority from time to time. The bidder shall quote item-wise rates, and all quoted rates must be applicable for the Financial Year 2026-27. The rates for shall be quoted separately items wise. Bidders shall clearly mention the Lot against each quoted item. The Bid Security/Bid Securing Declaration, as applicable, shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the requirements specified in the bidding documents. CDR / earnest money of the bid for one year (refundable) in favour of “Aiwan-e-Iqbal Fund” must be submitted along with the bid. The original (pay order / bank draft / CDR) must be dispatched to the undersigned. The same must also be reached before opening of bids. Without receipt of original demand draft / pay order / CDR against security money, the bids shall not be accepted. Detailed e-Bidding Documents, including terms & conditions, specifications, scope of work and other requirements, are available on EPADS v2.0 for registered bidders. Submission of e-Bids: 05-10-202611:00AM & Opening of e-Bids on the same day 11:30 AM E-Bids shall be submitted only through EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
