4 Bidder(s) must fill all the required fields by providing a signature and stamp on each page. Non-compliance will lead to the rejection of the bid then and there. PSPC reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid / proposal or award of contract.
5 Bid will be evaluated technically as per our specification / BOQ / requirement and terms & conditions of the tender documents.
6 Bids will be opened using EPADS in presence of the bidder(s), who desire to attend. Conditional / incomplete bid document will not be considered. Other terms & conditions as per tender document.

1. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered Income Tax & Sales Tax and who are Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR for the Provision of Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
2. The bidding shall have conducted in line with the Single Stage Two Envelop procedure.
3. E-bidding documents as per regulations, containing details terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
4. The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 2nd April, 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be open on the same day i.e. 2nd April, 2026 at 11:30am. The hard copy of the bid security (in Original) must be submitted on or before 2nd April, 2026 at 11:00 am, otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted. No Late submission of bid security will be accepted in any case. Hence, bidders are requested to observe timings strictly.
5. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) is Pakistan‘s leading integrated Gas company listed on Pakistan stock exchange. The company is engaged in the business of Transmission, Distribution and Sale of Natural Gas, besides construction of high pressure transmission and low pressure distribution systems. It is operating in its franchise area comprising provinces of Sindh and Baluchistan. The Company has annual turnover of over US$ 1 billion and in order to provide an un-interrupted gas supply to it’s over 3.2 million Industrial, Commercial and Domestic customers, SSGC works round the clock in cities and remote areas of its franchise area.
Brief Description of Task:
SSGC intend to hire services of HR Consultancy firm / Head hunting Firm, for assistance in recruitment of multiple Senior Management / Leadership positions including C-Level Positions, the Firms having extensive experience, are invited to participate and submit their profiles.
Scope of Work: Recruitment of C-Level and Senior Management / Leadership positions.
The process shall include but not limited to designing and publishing of advertisements, processing of applications, screening and shortlisting of relevant profiles along with detailed ranked matrix for SSGC Management / BOD review and arranging / coordinating interviews of the potential candidates with the Management / Board Committees and the Board.
Proposals are invited from HR Consultancy/ Head-Hunting firms fully compliant with the laid down criteria. HR Consultancy/ Head-Hunting Firms will be responsible to submit their profiles on EPADS clearly mentioning the project title marked as
“SSGC- Hiring of Senior Management / Leadership Positions
1.1 EOI document will be downloaded by only those firms who are registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS system (web link: https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/auth/login) till March 30th, 2026.
1.2 Only firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the EPADS system may submit the EOI Proposal, which should be duly filled, signed, and stamped, on EPADS only, no later than 11:00 AM on March 31st, 2026 which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at 2nd Floor Conference Room, Procurement Department, SSGC Head Office, Karachi. The name of firms will be announced in the presence of their representatives who wish to attend. SSGC reserves the right to reject one or all the proposals and annul the EOI process. Head-hunting Firms will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the shortlisting Criteria.
Shortlisting Mandatory Criteria
1. Experience of Recruitment on Senior Management Positions:
At least 20 successful placements of C-Level and Senior Management / Leadership positions in Public Sector Companies / SOE / Multinationals in last three (03) years.
2. Registration with all applicable tax authorities including NTN, GST, SST, etc
3. Declaration of non-involvement in litigation / arbitration (certificate to this effect on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper to be provided).
• Supporting documents are required to be enclosed with proposal as evidence for shortlisting.

1 Tender advertisement can be viewed on both the PPRA and PSPC websites (www.ppra.org.pk and www.pspc.gov.pk), whereas the complete tender document containing a detailed description of the assignment and other terms and conditions is available on EPADS at www.epads.gov.pk
2 Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instruction provided in tender document must be submitted by using EPADS 2.0 on or before above-mentioned date & time. Manual bids will not be accepted. The e-bids will be opened on the given date and time by using EPADS 2.0.
3 The Bid Security must be in the shape of pay order / demand draft (cheque will not be entertained) in favor of "Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd.". The scanned copy of Bid Security is to be submitted through EPADS 2.0 and Bid Security in original is to be dispatched to PSPC and same must reach before Bid submission deadline. Non-submission of Bid security before bid submission deadline will lead to rejection of bid then & there.
4 Bidder(s) must fill all the required fields. Non-compliance will lead to the rejection of the bid then and there. PSPC reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid / proposal or award of contract.
5 Bid will be evaluated technically as per our specification / BOQ / requirement and terms & conditions of the tender documents.
6 Bids will be opened using EPADS 2.0 in presence of the bidder(s), who desire to attend. Conditional / incomplete bid document will not be considered. Other terms & conditions as per tender document.

1. Establishment of a High Quality Outdoor Cricket Arena having total area 3600 Sq.ft (40’ x 90’ x 30 feet height) from ground level.
2. Civil works complete including Site clearing & levelling, , Filling, Concrete flooring, Levelling, drainage system complete with following works Removal of grass from ground, Excavation for foundations Fixing of Anchor bolts with base plate for Steel Poles/columns, PCC (1:4:8) for foundations
3. Toe wall with lean 16 inch, Sand Filling 10 inch, compaction, Gera/stone /khaka 4 inch, compaction, installation of marble strips for levelling PCC with 1:2:4 up to 6 inch, water drainage system with proper slope for water runoff.
4. Provision and installation of Artificial turf (40’ x 90’) with Fencing/Fiber Net (40’ x 90’ x 30 feet height)
5. Provision and installation of Light Poles (12 Nos.) with Flood Lights (12 Nos.) with all accessories.
6. Finishing & marking complete in all respect.
