Income Tax / GST Registered firms can purchase the RFP Document against the cash payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from the office of the undersigned on producing written request on letter head of the firm or download the same from PPRA / OPF websites. Detailed terms and conditions and eligibility criteria are mentioned in the RFP documents.
Bids must reach the undersigned till 1100 hours latest by March 30, 2026 (Monday). Earnest money of fixed amount specified in the RFP document in shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favor of OPF should also be submitted along with the bid. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in presence of bidders / representatives who want to attend. Late & Conditional bids will not be accepted. Taxes will be deducted according to Government rules. OPF reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules.

Electronic bids will be open on the same day i.e. 6th April, 2026 at 11:30am. The hard copy of the bid security (in Original) must be submitted on or before 6th April, 2026 at 11:00 am, otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted. No Late submission of bid security will be accepted in any case. Hence, bidders are requested to observe timings strictly.
