The contractor are required to submit their applications upto 20 May, 2026 for issuance of tender documents alongwith their complete credentials as shown at (Serial 9). The application shall be scrutinized and the tender documents will only be issued to the firms who have sufficient experience in the relevant field and satisfy other special conditions required for the job and area. Tenders will only be issued to the scrutinized contractors. The tender must be received in the accepting office by 1130 Hrs on 21 May, 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same date.
NOTE:- Contractors shall provide certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with Government Department in the Court of Law and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
All Contractors, will certify in writing that they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and will submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
Contractors born on approved List of MES in Category ‘B’ ‘C’ & ‘D’ or other Governments for “No Limit“ and having experience of this type of work may only apply.
Contractor who desire may be present at the time of opening of tenders.
The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules.
The interested parties can contact GE (Air) Faisal, GE (Air) Masroor & GE (Air) Bholari authorized representative for further details from 0800 to 1400 hours on all working days.

FGEHA intends to invite bids from ICAP, Audit Oversight Board (AOB) registered Chartered Accountant Firms, enlisted under Category (A) of the latest SBP-approved list of Chartered Accountant Firms, and have been attaining the latest satisfactory QCR rating as determined by ICAP.
Documents containing Terms of Reference (TOR's) for extending Financial Audit Services, Evaluation Criteria, and a list of documents to be attached with the bids can be downloaded from e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), and FGEHA website (www.fgeha.gov.pk) up to 19-05-2026 during office hours.
The interested firms may submit Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the Document, must be submitted on e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) through electronic means on or before 20-05-2026, latest by 11:00 AM, and will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders/authorized representatives, who may choose to attend.

SUPPLY OF 04 X TESTING EQUIPMENT FOR PRINTING INDUSTRY LAB (As per BOQ)
1 Tender advertisement can be viewed on both the PPRA and PSPC websites (www.ppra.org.pk and www.pspc.gov.pk), whereas the complete tender document containing a detailed description of the assignment and other terms and conditions is available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
2 Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instruction provided in tender document must be submitted by using EPADS on or before above-mentioned date & time. Manual bids will not be accepted. The e-bids will be opened on the given date and time by using EPADS.
3 The Bid Security must be in the shape of pay order / demand draft (cheque will not be entertained) or Insurance Guarantee (PACRA rating AAA or AA++) in favor of "Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd.". The scanned copy of Bid Security is to be submitted through EPADS and Bid Security in original is to be dispatched to PSPC and same must reach before Bid submission deadline. Non-submission of Bid security before bid submission deadline will lead to rejection of bid then & there.
4 Bidder(s) must fill all the required fields by providing a signature and stamp on each page. Non-compliance will lead to the rejection of the bid then and there. PSPC reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid / proposal or award of contract.
5 Bid will be evaluated technically as per our specification / BOQ / requirement and terms & conditions of the tender documents.
6 Bids will be opened using EPADS in presence of the bidder(s), who desire to attend. Conditional / incomplete bid document will not be considered. Other terms & conditions as per tender document.
7 In case of any query, Purchase Department may be contacted on UAN (021) 111-117-772 (Ext-2202-19), during working hours (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
8 Samples, if required in the tender document must be submitted along with bid security.
