INVITAITON FOR BIDS REF. NO. HQPCAA/ADMIN/2026/019 TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF IT SUPPORT SERVICES Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) intends to procure Technical Information Technology (IT) Support Services from a qualified and experienced IT service provider. The engaged service provider shall be responsible for providing dedicated technical support services to support, maintain, administer, enhance and optimize PCAA's IT infrastructure, applications, databases, networks and emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation initiatives: Title of Work Last date & time for submission of bids Date & Time for Opening of Technical Bids Tender for Procurement of IT Support Services On or before 05th October, 2026 till 11:00 am 05th October, 2026 till 11:30 am Tender Notice along with Tender Document containing complete Scope of Work / ToRs with terms and conditions etc. are available for the registered bidders on E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/. This IFB Advertisement has also been uploaded on PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk and PCAA website www.pcaa.gov.pk. The Bids along with Fixed Bid Security amounting to PKR 1,800,000/- (Rupees One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Only) in shape of a Pay Order / Bank Guarantee (Scanned copy) in favor of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, along with required documents must be submitted by using EPADS electronically through PPRA EPADS Portal. Original Bid Security must be submitted (hard format in a sealed envelope) on or before the submission date and time at the address given below or else bid will be canceled. All Bids will be opened through EPADS in the presence of PCAA Procurement Committee and representatives of the bidders who may wish to attend. Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
