Engineering Development Board - EDB invites sealed bids through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) https://eprocure.gov.pk/ from reputable firms registered with SECP, PESSI, EOBI, FBR, PPRA & having a valid license to operate as security company. The contract shall initially be valid for a period of two year for 2026-2027 (extendable) as (Open Framework Agreement), commencing from the date of signing of the agreement. A refundable Bid Security equivalent to 2% of monthly gross bill, as per Clause-25 of PPRA Rules 2004, must be submitted by each bidder in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Engineering Development Board and present the same in the office of Admin Department of EDB before closing time & date.
Tender documents along with terms and conditions can be downloaded through EPADS and EDB website.
The last date for submission of bids (complete in all respects) is 10th April, 2026 by 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may wish to attend. EDB reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance, in accordance with Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004. This tender notice is also available on the PPRA and EDB website.

TENDER NO. NADRA-HQ-RFB-42/2026
1. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan invites electronic bids from Bidders (Eligibility as per bidding Documents) registered Income Tax & Sales Tax and who are Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR for the Procurement of SSL-VPN Solution to Connect Remote Sites with Primary Data Center (PDC) and Secondary Data Center (SDC) with Three Years Support, Warranty and Subscriptions.
2. The bidding shall have conducted in line with the Single Stage Two Envelop procedure. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on 31st March, 2026 at 1100 hrs at HQ NADRA, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad.
3. E-bidding documents as per regulations, containing details terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
4. The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 6th April, 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be open on the same day i.e. 6th April, 2026 at 11:30am. The hard copy of the bid security (in Original) must be submitted on or before 6th April, 2026 at 11:00 am, otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted.
5. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
Note: Procuring Agency will not be responsible for any technical issue occurred at EPADs related to the bidder's module. Bidder will be sole responsible for timely submission.

1. National database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders as mentioned in bidding documents and registered Income Tax & Sales Tax and who are Active Tax Payers List (ATL) with 100% compliance of the FBR for below mentioned items. 2. The bidding shall have conducted in line with the Single Stage Two Envelop procedure. Bidding documents as per regulations, containing details terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
3. A Pre Bid meeting will be held on 1st April, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Headquarters NADRA G-5/2 Islamabad.
4. The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 13th April, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted for further tendering process. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day i.e. 13th April 2026 at 11:30 a.m. The hard copy of the bid security (in Original) must be submitted in favor of NADRA HQ on or before 13th April, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted.
5. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
