1. National database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders as mentioned in bidding documents and registered Income Tax & Sales Tax and who are Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR for Procurement of Paper Reams (Qty. 21000).
2. The bidding shall have conducted in line with the Single Stage Two Envelop procedure. E-bidding documents as per regulation, containing details terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
3. The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 11th May, 2026 at 11:00am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be open on the same day i.e. 11th May, 2026 at 11:30am. The hard copy of the Bid Security (in Original) must be submitted on or before 11th May, 2026 at 11:00 am, otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted.
4. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.

a. Bidding documents received after submission (through EPADS) of due date/time mentioned above will not be entertained.
b. Quoted price shall be inclusive of all taxes.
c. Bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to Rs. 150,000/- in shape of Call Deposit (CDR) or Bank Guarantee. The hard copy of the bid security (in original) must be submitted at Admin Section, Regional Head Office NADRA, Zarghoon Road Quetta on or before 5th May, 2026 at 11:00 am otherwise
electronic bid will not be accepted. d. NADRA reserves the rights to reject all bids/proposals under PPRA Rules 33 and can cancel the bidding
process before acceptance of bid proposal. e. This advertisement and bidding documents are also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.

1) COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Lahore Campus, a public sector University of Ministry of Science & Technology (MoST) invites bids through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) https://eprocure.gov.pk from the authorized distributers / suppliers / contractors registered with Income Tax, GST & PRA department and who are also on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for

3) Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for the interested bidders at Federal PPRA’s E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Bidding documents can ONLY be downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids shall be submitted online along with tender document’s fee in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft amounting Rs. 1,500 (non- refundable).
4) Interested bidders are requested to register themselves on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).For registration and guidance/training on EPADS, you may contact EPADS UAN: 051-111-137-237
5) No bid shall be accepted without tender document fee or submitted in person / through courier.
6) The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must be submitted online via EPADS at the given link on or before May 07, 2026 at 1400 hrs. Bids will be opened after 30 Minutes on same day.
