The Firms/Workshops/Vendors having valid registration with Sales Tax / Income Tax Departments, active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR, their own complete set-up in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, preferably in the vicinity of the M.S Wing, three years of working experience in the categories applied in public sector organizations, and most importantly registered on EPADS are eligible to participate in the prequalification process. (Extendable for a period of one year upon mutual consent)

1. The Request for Proposal (RFP) document may be downloaded from wwe.eprocure.gov.pk/EPADs and www.ppra.org.pk from 23/07/2026. 2. Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 03/08/2026 in the office of Joint Secretary (Hospitals), M/o NHSR&C. 3. The proposals complete in all respects in accordance with instructions provided in the RFP document shall be uploaded on EPADs and envelops shall be marked separately as Technical and Financial Proposals. Hard copies of the proposal may reach on or before 10/08/2026 (11:00am) in the office of Joint Secretary (Hospitals), M/o NHSR&C. 4. Bid security as mentioned in RFP must be furnished as part of Technical Proposal. 5. The proposal documents received till the stipulated date and time shall be opened on the same day at 12:30 P.M. in presence of the bidders. 6. Proposal documents received after bid submission deadline shall not be included in the process.
