Description
Prequalification of competent Third-Party Material Inspection Firms for a period of three (03) years under an Open Framework Agreement for inspection, testing, witnessing and quality verification of materials/equipment procured by SNGPL. The scope includes stage, final and pre-dispatch inspections at manufacturers’ works and/or other designated locations, review of relevant quality documents, witnessing of tests, verification of compliance with approved specifications/standards, and issuance of inspection/release reports as required by SNGPL.
Remarks
Corrigendum / Clarification: The subject procurement is being carried out for the Prequalification of Third-Party Material Inspection Firms under a Three-Year Open Framework Agreement through EPADS 2.0. It is hereby clarified that Clause 4.1 – “Purchase of Tender Documents” of the Prequalification Document pertains to the earlier manual tendering process and is hereby superseded and shall not be applicable to the present procurement being processed through EPADS 2.0. Accordingly, no tender/prequalification document fee is payable at the prequalification stage, and no CDR/Pay Order of Rs. 10,000/- is required for purchase of the Prequalification Document. Interested firms may access the complete Prequalification Document through EPADS 2.0 and shall submit their applications electronically in accordance with the prescribed eligibility, evaluation and documentary requirements. The closing date for submission of prequalification applications has also been extended up to 05-10-2026. All other terms and conditions of the Prequalification Document shall remain unchanged.
