Reference is invited to the Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Constructors uploaded on the PPRA website and published in the National Dailies on July 17, 2026 bearing PID No. (I) 468/26. It is notified for the information of all prospective bidders that, due to the current status of the Framework Agreement module in EPADS v2.0, the procurement under the subject notice shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended from time to time). Accordingly, interested firms shall submit one (01) Original hard copy of their complete prequalification application at the address mentioned below on or before August 06 2026 by 02:00 p.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 p.m. All other terms and conditions of the original notice shall remain unchanged
