AGREEMENT FOR SUBSCRIPTION WEBSITE This Agreement is made and entered in to at this office of the Directorate General of Customs Valuation, Custom House, Karachi on this day June 18, 2026 and M/S Progressive International Agencies Pvt Ltd, 174-X/2 PECH Society Karachi 75400 on the following conditions: 1. A sum of Rs. 40,521,807/- (Rupees Forty Million, Five Hundred Twenty-One Thousand, Eight Hundred Seven only) shall be paid in advance with effect from subscription from the said Agency against invoice. 2. All the Websites subscriptions shall be delivered to the Directorate General of Customs Valuation, Custom House Karachi online without claim & any extra handling and freight charges. 3. All the Websites subscribed shall be supplied for one year from the date of receipt of User ID / Password. 4. All the Websites subscribed shall be available online to the Directorate General of Customs Valuation for 24 Hours daily. 5. The period of contract will commence from the date of receipt of User ID & Password for each set single site. 6. If the said agency fails to supply any service of the Websites as agreed, they have to refund the amount of that particular service which they fail to make available On-Line. 7. If any website subscription is not running during the term of contract the agency is responsible to resolve the matter from publisher. Incase delay in resolving for more than 15 days the service time period shall be extended in the terms of the contact. 8. The said firm will be responsible to comply all terms and conditions as specified in the tender notice with letter & spirit.
