Description
Procurement of 4G MiFi devices along with SIMs and one-year internet connectivity package (30 GB per month) for approximately 225,000 students under the Prime Minister's Youth Chromebook Scheme (Tranche-I). The procurement comprises 35 lots across Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and ICT. The scope includes supply, delivery, activation, biometric verification, one-year internet connectivity, technical support, warranty and related services. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS v2.0 under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the applicable Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Bids shall be evaluated separately for each lot in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified in the bidding documents. Bid Submission Deadline: 16th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical Bid Opening: 16th November 2026 at 11:30 AM.
