Description
Cantonment Board Faisal, being the Procuring Agency, invites electronic bids through EPADS from contractors / firms having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and being on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, for the Annual Repair / Maintenance Works for the year 2026-27, on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended up to date) on percentage above / below / at par basis for schedule items and market rate basis for non-schedule items, under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. The tender comprises seven (7) lots, each to be evaluated and awarded separately: Lot-1: Cantt Fund Buildings – Repair / maintenance of staff quarters, CB dispensary, school, college, water pumping stations, filtration plants and CB office building etc. – Rs 30.00 million (Bid Security Rs 600,000) Lot-2: Drainage / Sewerage – Repair / maintenance / replacement of sewerage lines and manholes in Drigh Road Cantt Bazar – Rs 5.00 million (Bid Security Rs 100,000) Lot-3: Water Supply – Repair / maintenance / replacement and laying of water supply lines in Drigh Road Cantt Bazar – Rs 5.00 million (Bid Security Rs 100,000) Lot-4: Cantt Fund Roads (Ward-1 to 5) – Repair / maintenance of Cantt Fund roads – Rs 75.00 million (Bid Security Rs 1,500,000) Lot-5: Cantt Fund Roads (Ward-6 to 10) – Repair / maintenance of Cantt Fund roads – Rs 75.00 million (Bid Security Rs 1,500,000) Lot-6: Misc. Public Improvements (Ward-1 to 5) – Green belts, centre median, footpaths, CBF nursery, parks, graveyard, road lanes, cat eyes, studs and street lights etc. – Rs 65.00 million (Bid Security Rs 1,300,000) Lot-7: Misc. Public Improvements (Ward-6 to 10) – Green belts, centre median, footpaths, CBF nursery, parks, graveyard, road lanes, cat eyes, studs and street lights etc. – Rs 65.00 million (Bid Security Rs 1,300,000) Total estimated cost: Rs 320.00 million. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of each lot shall be submitted in the form of Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in the name of Cantonment Board Faisal. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Technical proposals shall be evaluated on the published criteria (minimum 50% marks to qualify), and financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened.
