OBJECTIVES: The objectives of this engagement are: Preparation of National Day Care Fund & Framework after studying/reviewing the Punjab Day Care Fund Model. National Day Care Fund shall have provisions for need-based allocations, standardized infrastructure and HR requirements, Trainings of Staff, Monitoring and Evaluation Regime, appropriate Co-Financing, Sustainability, Audit and Third-Party Validation mechanisms. Development of a Framework or Mechanism for establishment/upgradation of Day-Care Facilities in ICT, AJK and GB, as well as Federal Government entities/offices located in the Federating Units only. Carrying out the Needs Assessment and Baseline Mapping Exercise(s) for Day-Care facilities located in ICT, AJK and GB, as well as Federal Government entities/offices located in the Federating Units only. Development of the Mechanism and Guidelines for the sustainability of the National Day Care Fund
