Age & Compliance Declaration: A written undertaking affirming that the offered tires strictly comply with the manufacturing year criteria (Option A: Year 2026 only; Option B: Not older than 2023) and adhere to the L-5 rock lug specification. 5. SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Delivery Location: PASDEC Machinery Pool, Risalpur (Regional Office / Site, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). 2. Delivery Period (Strict): Maximum 05 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Purchase/Supply Order. 3. Prices: Rates must be quoted on a DDP basis (inclusive of all applicable taxes, loading, transit insurance, and freight to Risalpur). 4. Physical Inspection: o Tires will be inspected at Risalpur by the PASDEC Technical Inspection Committee. o For Option B, acceptance is strictly subject to joint physical inspection verifying structural sound condition, remaining tread depth, and DOT manufacturing stamps. Any non-compliant item will be rejected at the supplier's risk and cost. 5. PPRA Rule 33: PASDEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rule 33.
