Unit 1 Inverter AC Invertor (1.5 Ton) Repair / Services charges 2 No 2 Ceiling Celling Lights 2x2 LED backlit ceiling panel light 48w and blue strip lights with installation 1 No 3 Ceiling New ceiling and roof repair 1 No 4 Designing work Logo and poster designing, floor vinly, NRTC/KP Police logo etc 1 No 5 Misc Work main structure /misc items for rent backdrop, wooden stucture, paint finish reception area bar stools, paint finish installation and dismantling at site 1 No Notice: Tender Procedure: Single Stage Single Envelop Basis. • Delivery FOR Peshawar (Police Lines). • The complete Tendering process shall be carried out through EPADS 2.0 Version. • Price inclusive and exclusive of taxes need to be mentioned separately. (Supplier must be active tax payer otherwise bid will be treated as cancelled). • Rs 50,000/- as a bid security in shape of Pay Order/CDR in favor of NRTC Haripur. Scanned copy of bid security is required to be uploaded through EPADS 2.0 Version. • Price must be quoted in PKR. • Warranty: Standard warranty. • Bid Validity: 90 days. As per PPRA Rules NRTC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. Bids complete in all respect should reach the office of the under signed up to 2nd Nov,2026 till 1100 hours and Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on same day.
