Remarks
A Pre-Bid Technical meeting will be arranged on 03.11.2026 to answer the technical queries of contractors. Four days are reserved for site visit w.e.f 03rd November to 06th November upon confirmation from Procuring agency. Interested contractors shall have to furnish the names of rep(s) atleast 03 working days before the commencement of site visit. Tender documents containing technical specifications, (terms & conditions); can be obtained from the office of the undersigned (on written request-Monday to Friday) on payment of tender fee for Rs.1,000/each (non-refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Tender Fee Fund. No tender documents will be sold on the date of opening. Quotations along with 2% Bid Earnest Money, should reach to Director (Procurement) Office upto 11-11-2026 till 10:00 Hrs in a separate envelope. Bids shall be opened in public at 10:30 Hrs on 12-11-2026. Procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. Please visit www.ppra.org.pk
