Remarks
Financial Criteria Bidder must quote above minimum aggregate amount of Rs. 26684736.00 (exclusive taxes) and Rs. 30690098.00 (inclusive taxes), failing which the bid will not be considered. The Charges must be fixed and must include the Income Tax, Sindh Sales Tax (having valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board). The BOQ prepared in the light of labour and Human Resource Department Karachi Letter vide No. SO(L-II)/13-3/2016-II Dated.17th August,2026 regarding min wages of Highly Skilled @Rs.2139.46 Per day, Skilled @Rs.2051.923 Per day & Semi Skilled @ Rs. 1710.923 per day per Person for 8 working hours. Hence the Bidder must quote the Bid which must be covered the said Wages of Labours of the above notification also cover the Applicable Taxes (i.e income Tax etc). Any violation of aforementioned condition shall leads disqualification / Rejection of the Bid.
