Description
The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Housing & Works, through Estate Office Management, Karachi (the “Procuring Agency/Lessor”), invites electronic/online bids from eligible Pakistani individuals, firms, companies, joint ventures and consortiums for the long-term lease, financing, design, development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Government-owned commercial plot situated at Federal Capital Area near Ibrahimi Masjid, Karachi, for establishment and operation of a modern Marquee, Marriage Hall & Event Complex with approved ancillary facilities. The bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the applicable Public Procurement Rules, PPRA regulations/guidelines/instructions, EPADS procedures and these Bidding Documents.
