Description
Estate Office Management, Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan invites online proposals through EPADS v2.0 from eligible individuals, firms, companies, investors, consortiums and joint ventures for leasing of three (03) existing warehouses situated at Federal Capital Area, Karachi, on monthly rental basis for a proposed lease period of twenty (20) years through competitive bidding. The procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Bidders shall submit a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal separately through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with this Bidding Document and applicable procurement rules, regulations and instructions. No manual / physical bid submission shall be entertained. Bidders are responsible for timely registration on EPADS v2.0, uploading the complete bid and ensuring successful electronic submission before the deadline.
