Description
Estate Office Management, Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan invites electronic proposals through EPADS v2.0 from eligible medical/healthcare institutions, educational institutions, trusts/foundations, companies, firms, investors, consortia and joint ventures for the hiring, renovation, refurbishment, modernization, operation, management and maintenance of the existing Working Women Hostel situated at Officer Colony, Garden Road, Karachi. The premises may be utilized, subject to approval of the Competent Authority and applicable laws/rules, for Medical/Healthcare, Educational, Hostel, Training/Professional or other permissible use as approved by the Government.
