The assignment requires specialized expertise for the preparation of the Franchise Manual, Legal and Regulatory Framework, Financial Framework, Human Resource Manual, Operational Guidelines, Franchise Agreement, Eligibility and Evaluation Criteria for Franchisees, Monitoring and Quality Assurance Mechanism, Branding and Intellectual Property Guidelines, Exit and Termination Strategy, Risk Management Framework and other related policies and documentation necessary for establishing a transparent, legally compliant and sustainable franchise system.
