Description
E-Tender Notice for Provision of Repair & Maintenance Services for Air Conditioning Units at PSW Offices (Karachi). RFP No.: PSW/PROC/ADMN/25-26/526 (P87238) Pakistan Single Window (PSW), the notified operating entity for the PSW system under provisions of the PSW Act, 2021 and a company incorporated under section 42 of Companies Act 2017 invites e-bids through PPRA’s EPADS 2.0 portal from experienced vendors for Provision of Repair & Maintenance Services for Air Conditioning Units at PSW Offices (Karachi). The bidders should be registered suppliers on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System 2.0 (EPADS 2.0) in order to participate in subject tender. Interested bidders can register themselves electronically on EPADS through https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register. An online pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15th October 2026 at 1100 hrs. as per details given below. Interested bidders may attend the pre-bid meeting at their own cost. Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 on or before 27th October 2026 at 1100 Hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs. In case the day of bid submission and opening falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.
