The Higher Education Commission (HEC) (Higher Education Commision (HEC)) has sufficient / has received / intends to apply for funds from Non-ADP and intends to apply part of such funds toward payments under the Framework Agreement for Hiring of Travel Agencies for Provision of Air Travel Services having reference number FFW10087. 2. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) (Higher Education Commision (HEC)) intends to prequalify suppliers for subsequent Invitation to Bid(s) and to sign a Open Framework Agreement with the successful bidder(s) following completion of the bidding process.
