Description
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed pharmaceutical manufacturers/ importers/Sole Country-wise Distributors having active NTN and valid drug license for supply of ‘Anti-Cancer and Local Distributors for Allied/Supportive Medicines’ amounting Rs. 471.65 Million (approximately) for the Financial Year 2026-27 with 04 months grace period upto 31st October, 2027 OR till hiring of new contractor(s). Tender documents containing terms and conditions and list of medicines can be obtained from the Procurement Branch, P.O Box. 110, Abbottabad during working hours against depositing cash of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) in-personal or through mail by sending Demand Draft or Pay Order amounting to Rs. 650/- in the name of Sr. Accounts Officer, P.O Box. 110, Abbottabad (No email will be entertained). Tenders must be accompanied with earnest money @ 02 % of quoted amount in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of Sr. Accounts Officer, P.O Box. 110 Abbottabad. Tenders complete in all respect must reach the office of Administrator, P.O Box. 110, Abbottabad by 03rd October, 2026 (Saturday) at 1000 hrs. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1100 hrs in the presence of bidders/representatives (Optional).
