Description
The RHO NADRA LAHORE has sufficient funds from HQ NADRA Islamabad resources toward the expenditure for goods and related services for RHO NADRA Lahore and its offices located at Lahore, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Narowal, Kasur, Okara, Nankana Sahib, Wazirabad and Sialkot Districts and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract or contracts for purchase of goods and services as under: Provision of Repair & Maintenance Services of ACs with Parts 2. The RHO NADRA LAHORE intends to prequalify Contractors/Companies for Invitation to Bid(s), and sign the Closed framework agreement(s) with the selected bidder(s) subsequent Call of Quotations, by the Procuring Agency. 3. The objective of the intended Closed framework agreement(s) is the on-demand supply of goods/ services mentioned in para (1) - at RHO NADRA Lahore through subsequent Call-off contract with successful bidder, and the purpose of this Prequalification Notice is to provide the very basic information to enable the potential applicants to decide whether or not to respond to this Prequalification Notice. 4. Only the prequalified applicants shall be entitled to participate in the procurement proceedings, and it is expected that the Invitation to Bids will be made to the Prequalified Applicants for and Closed Framework Agreement(s) will be signed b/w the Procuring Agency and the successful bidder(s) as Closed Framework Agreement Suppliers for One (1) Year. 5. Prequalification process is open for all national Applicants subject to fulfilling the eligibility requirements mentioned in the respective Prequalification Documents. Interested Applicants may obtain further information from the RHO NADRA, 73-Trade Center M. A Johar Town Lahore during office hours. 6 A complete set of Prequalification Documents in English may be downloaded from PPRA website. 7. Applications for Prequalification should be submitted in clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address mentioned below latest by 1100 Hrs on 28 September, 2026 and will be opened at 1130 Hrs on same day.
