Remarks
The firm shall clearly indicate the brand name of the quoted item in technical offer. The technically qualified and commercially lowest firm shall subsequently be required to submit a sample of the quoted item. The submitted sample will be adjusted against the bulk quantity (if accepted) to be supplied under the contract. In case of rejection of sample, offer of 2nd technically qualified and commercially lowest firm will be considered. Firms must ensure that the quoted items are of good quality and as per specifications. In case of sample rejection, the sample shall be confiscated and the bid money will be forfeited.
