Remarks
It is hereby informed to all interested bidders that the bid submission procedure and submission date has been revised i.e through online (E-PADs 2.0 version) and manually. Therefore, the date of bid submission and procedure as mentioned in the (SBDs) has been revised and shall be read as follow: "All potential bidders are requested to submit their Bids/proposals online through (E-PADs 2.0 version) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/login before opening date, and original Bids /proposals must be submitted at the Office of Deputy Inspector General, NHMP (South Zone), Northern bypass Loop at KM 24 SB M-9 Opposite Al-Habib Restaurant, Karachi on or before 11:00 am on dated 14-10-2026, Wednesday. The bids will be opened publicly on same day at 11:30 am".
