Description
National Institute of Psychology, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified firms/creative agencies for the production of four (4) short, non-animated videos of approximately four (4) minutes each, comprising two videos on the experiences of return migrants and two videos on the experiences of potential migrants, focusing on migration-related mental health and psychosocial issues through documentary and fiction-based storytelling.
Remarks
The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with the bidding documents. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents and shall be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before the prescribed closing date and time. Manual bids shall not be accepted.
