Remarks
Advance Sample of 01 Kg will be required with Technical Offer. Copy of valid NOC duly issued from Ministry of Narcotics must be attached with technical offer. Offer received without Samples will be rejected except the established and reputable firms who have either previously satisfactory supplied the same or similar stores or have submitted an acceptable sample thereof against previous T.E. (Special Conditions for Supply of Sulphuric Acid (H2SO4)) i. Firm must provide test report of acid with each supply. ii. The Firm must bring pump and acid resistance rubber hose pipe along with container. Length of pipe to be 60 feet (approx.). Firm’s rep. will arrange unloading of Acid. iii. Firm reps must be equipped with necessary safety equipment / PPEs. iv. Please note that internal diameter of rubber hose pipe that can be fixed with WBM pump is 32 mm. In case of failure of firm’s pump, the outlet nozzle of container must be able to fix 32 mm dia pipe. v. WBM will intimate the firm regarding schedule of supply. Delivery of 30 MT will be completed till 31-12-2026. vi. Every Time, the container must reach WBM before 10 am (morning). Supply should not be made on Friday & holiday until and unless WBM requires so. vii. Firm must have NOC duly issued from Ministry of Narcotics and ensure necessary safety measure for container and its rep during supply of acid to WBM. viii. Acid will be required in partial supplies. ix. Supplies to be made as and when required by user section.
