Description
1. The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites Bids through EPADS V.2.0 from eligible Bidders registered on EPADS V.2.0 for provision of “Durable Goods for NAVTTC”. 2. Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure of Principal Method of Procurement (i.e. Open Competitive Bidding) will be used by adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Technique for the subject procurement, in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any Regulations, and Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time).
Remarks
You are requested to go through the bidding document thoroughly so that no essential aspect is missed out. The bidding document uploaded on EPMS / PPRA website to be considered while preparing and submitting your application / proposal. EPADS V.2.0 does not allow editing in the standard document. On PPRA website as well as in the bidding document uploaded on EPMS / PPRA website, it is clearly mentioned that JV is not allowed. Please proceed accordingly. ***Any vendor placing the clarification as Grievance would be awarded demerit points***
