ANNEXURE “A” SERVICES OF DRIVERS. PROVISION OF SERVICES OF DRIVERS. 02 DRIVERS. Provision of services of two (02) drivers who will perform the following duties. 1. Official Transportation: Drive official vehicles to transport officers and staff of the Directorate General of DNFBPs for official duties, meetings, field visits, inspections, and other assignments. 2. Safe Driving: Operate the assigned vehicle carefully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and other road users. 3. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the assigned vehicle clean, roadworthy, and in good working condition. Check fuel, engine oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights, battery, and other essential components regularly. 4. Timely Reporting: Report to the office or designated location punctually and remain available during official working hours or as required for authorized official assignments. 5. Field/Inspection Duties: Provide transportation support to authorized officers during inspections, monitoring visits, meetings, and other official field assignments within Islamabad and elsewhere as directed. 6. Vehicle Records: Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, including logbooks, mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, maintenance, and official journeys. 7. Security and Care of Vehicle: Ensure the safe custody of the official vehicle and its accessories. The vehicle shall not be used for private or unauthorized purposes. 8. Confidentiality and Conduct: Maintain confidentiality regarding official assignments and information encountered during official duties and demonstrate courteous, disciplined, and professional conduct with officers, staff, and members of the public. 9. Other Assigned Duties: Perform any other transport-related or ancillary duties assigned by the competent authority in the interest of the Directorate General of DNFBPs.
