Description
Cantonment Board Abbottabad (CBA), being the Procuring Entity, invites sealed bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure (Technical & Financial) in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the PPRA Rules, 2004. Bids are invited from eligible bidders registered on EPADS (v2.0), possessing valid registration with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Interested firms/contractors must have a minimum of five (05) years of proven experience in the field of Municipal Solid Waste Management and should be well-equipped to undertake similar assignments. The contract will be for a period of 03 years. After completion of 1st year of contract 10% enhancement in the contractual amount after approval by the Board will be allowed for the next year. The scope of work pertains to the provision of solid waste management services within the jurisdiction of Abbottabad Cantonment Board, specifically along only main Mansehra Road (Both Sides)
