Disposal of Miscellaneous Scrap Tender-158

1. Karachi Tools, Dies and Moulds Centre (hereinafter called “KTDMC”) was incorporated in 2006 as a company limited by guarantee having share capital under section 42 the Companies Act, 2017. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (Private) Limited (PIDC) – the holding company. 2. This Invitation to Bids follows the Procurement Advertisement (PA) No. 158/KTDMC/2026-27 for DISPOSAL OF MISCELLANEOUS SCRAP Based on “As is Where is” basis, the subject tender notice which appeared in Newspaper on dated 16th August, 2026. 3. KTDMC invites Electronic Bids (e-Bids) including Sealed Bids from eligible bidders/applicants, registered in EPADS and with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. 4. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Procedure of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any Regulations, Regulatory Guides, Procurement Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time), and is open to all potential bidders. 5. The E-Bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc., are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk 6. All bids must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Security of the total bid value in Pak Rupees, in the form of a pay order in favor of “Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre”. 7. Interested bidders may also purchase the bidding documents from KTDMC at a price of PKR 1000/- (non-refundable tender document fee), payable through a pay order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of “Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre”. The bidding documents can also be downloaded free of cost from “www.ktdmc.com”. 8. The scanned copy of Bid Security should be uploaded via EPADS, while the original must be sent to the KTDMC Purchase Department at the address provided below. It is mandatory that the original Bid Security is received before the bid submission deadline. Non-receipt of original bid security before the bid submission deadline will lead to Rejection of Bid. 9. The electronic/manual bids, must be submitted on or before 2nd September, 2026 at 02:30pm. The all bids will be opened on the same day i.e., 2nd September, 2026 at 03:00 pm. through EPADS, thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the address given below: 10. All interested bidders may visit on 20th to 25th August, 2026 (Monday to Friday) during office hours (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) to inspect the Scrap.
