Remarks
Following must be complied failing to which offer will be rejected. i) Delivery Terms: CPT Islamabad / CFR Karachi. ii) Payment terms through LC (90%-10%) as per clause 7 of this TE. iii) The below undertaking shall be signed and stamped. iv) Offers/bids through E-Mail & Fax are not acceptable. v) The offers/bids must be submitted on firm’s original letter head through surface Mail / Courier. vi) Submission of Performance Guarantee as per TE clause 5 otherwise offer will be rejected. For Indigenous Suppliers Only: i. Any eligible Indigenous bidder can offer on Free Delivery at Wah Brass Mill, Wah Cantt basis in PKR. ii. TENDER FEE: The tender must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee by means of a pay order of Rs. 2500/-(Non-refundable) in favor of Wah Industries Ltd., Quaid Avenue, Wah Cantt. The Tender fee must be made part of technical offer otherwise offer will be rejected. iii. BID MONEY: Bid Money for Rs. 250,000/- should accompany the Tender in the shape of Pay Order from a scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Wah Industries Ltd., Quaid Avenue, Wah Cantt. Tenders received without Bid Money will be rejected. Bid Money of the unsuccessful Tenderers will be returned as soon as the scrutiny of the tenders is completed. Bid Money of the successful tenderers will be retained until the contract is finalized. Bid Money will be forfeited in case the quotation is withdrawn before the expiry of its validity date. iv. Submission of Performance Bond (in shape of Pay Order or BG on prescribed format) @10% value of the order after issuance of Letter of Acceptance. v. 100% payment will be released after receipt & acceptance of store at Wah Brass Mill, Wah Cantt. vi.
