Reference is invited to the Expression of Interest (EOI) uploaded on the PPRA website and published in the National Dailies on August 04, 2026, bearing PID No. (I) 1094/26. It is hereby notified for information of all prospective applicants that, due to the current status of the Framework Agreement module in EPADS v2.0, the procurement under the subject EOI shall be carried out manually in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, as amended from time to time. Accordingly, the date for submission and opening of applications, originally scheduled for August 20, 2026, is hereby extended to August 26, 2026. Interested firms shall submit one (01) original hard copy of their complete application at the address given below by 02:00 p.m. on August 26, 2026. The applications will be opened on the same day at 02:30 p.m. It may further be noted that the modified EOI document, including the minutes of the pre-bid meeting, is available on the PPRA website and the official website of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training for information and guidance of prospective applicants
