Description
The National Accountably Bureau Sukkur intends to auction following properties and the auction proceedings will be commenced at NAB Sukkur Office on 20th August, 2026 2. Interested buyers can submit their bids before 20-08-2026 at 09:00 a.m which will be opened on the same day at 1030 Hours. 3. Interested bidders are required to deposit 5% amount of reserve price (refundable) as security/earnest money in shape of Pay Order or Banker’s Cheque in the name of Chairman NAB which should reach at NAB Sukkur Airport Road Sukkur by 20-08-2026. 4. The properties mentioned in this advertisement can be visited from Monday to Thursday between 10:00 a.m to 04:00 p.m 5. Further Detail of properties containing all relevant information and terms of services can be obtained from the office of Additional Director I Incharge Recovery & Disbursement Management Cell (RDM Cell). NAB Sukkur (Ph. No. 071-9310468) Airport Road Sukkurduring office hours (Monday to Friday).
Remarks
1. The auction will be conducted on "As it is, where it is" basis. 2. Official bids will start from the reserve price; bids below this will not be accepted. 3. A security deposit (Pay Order/Demand Draft) must be submitted in favor of Chairman NAB on or before auction date and time at NAB Sukkur Office, Airport Road Sukkur. 4. The security deposit to unsuccessful bidders would be returned on the same day. 5. The bidding documents are available at www.nab.gov.pk or can be collected from the NAB office Airport Road, Sukkur. 6. The bid will be finalized in the name of the highest bidder. 7. The successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount (excluding amount of Security Deposit) via Pay Order/DD within 45 days of Auction date, failing which the security deposit will be e forfeited 8. All Taxes (including WHT tax u/s 236A of Finance Act, 2019), Transfer Fees (including buyer & Seller), duties, utility bills dues and all other government-related expenses will be borne by the successful bidder. 9. The successful bidder is responsible for all post-purchase legal/administrative formalities. 10. Title of properties would be transferred to the successful bidder or to his nominated person(s) after receipt of full auctioned price. 11. The Competent Authority / Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice. The auction will be conducted as per PPRA Rules.
