Description
The project comprises the supply, installation, and complete execution of partition and renovation works at the 3rd Floor, Administration Department, NICL Building, Karachi. The scope includes dismantling of existing structures (where required), installation of gypsum board/glass/aluminum partitions, civil works, flooring repairs, false ceiling modifications, painting, electrical and data point shifting, door installation, and all allied finishing works. The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to complete the work in accordance with the, specifications, and the satisfaction of NICL.
