Description
Establishment of three year Open Framework Agreements through prequalification of qualified firms/vendors for six categories of goods, works, and services, namely IT equipment repair and maintenance, plant and electrical equipment maintenance, furniture repair and fabrication, civil and electrical maintenance works of office Buildings, official vehicle repair and maintenance, and supply of common use office items and store requirements for the Federal Shariat Court at its Principal Seat and Bench Registries. at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar & Quetta.
Note
Prequalification of eligible firms/vendors for the establishment of Open Framework Agreements, valid for three years, for repair, maintenance, fabrication, civil works, vehicle maintenance, IT services, and procurement of common use office items etc. for the Federal Shariat Court, Islamabad, including its Bench Registries at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. The procurement shall be conducted under Tender No. FSC-02/2026-27 in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Remarks
Interested firms may apply for one or more categories. The prequalification document is available free of cost from the websites of PPRA and the Federal Shariat Court, while a hard copy may be obtained on payment of the prescribed fee. Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope along with all mandatory documents and the prescribed earnest money before the closing date and time. Only prequalified firms shall be eligible to participate in call off procurements under the respective Open Framework Agreements. Upon execution of the Framework Agreements, repair and maintenance works, goods, and related services shall, as and when required, ordinarily be procured from the prequalified firms in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, including Rule 42, wherever applicable.
