E-Bidding documents, containing detailed terms & conditions, specifications & requirements, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, performance guarantee, etc. are available on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/58778 for all the interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 and also available on the websites of the National Assembly Secretariat (www.na.gov.pk) and PPRA’s (www.ppra.gov.pk) free of cost.
Note
The National Assembly Secretariat, invites bids on E-PADS v2.0 in accordance with rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 i.e. Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from the original manufacturer/authorized dealers/general order suppliers etc duly registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax Departments and are on Active Taxpayers List (AsTPL) of FBR, having their setups in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for supply of various Stationery, Furniture, Hardware, Software, Tonners and Miscellaneous Store Items for a period of one year. The National Assembly Secretariat may extend the contract for another period of one year subject to satisfactory performance, existing terms & conditions and prices.
