Remarks
1. The contractors with valid FBR & GST are eligible. 2. ATL firms are eligible to participate in the bidding online. 3. The error free / without cutting encasing, shall upload on EPAD upto due date as prescribed i.e 30-07-2026 at 11.30hrs 4. Original Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN Certificates). 5. Original Registration certificate of FBR as active status.The firms who are in Active Tax payer List(ATL) are eligible to participate in the bidding Online at E-PAD portal. 6. The Bidds must be Error free/without cutting encasing,shall uploaded on E-PAD on due date as prescribed i.e dt:30.07.2026 upto 11:30 hrs. 7. No tender without 5% Earnest money of bid cost of the bidder will be considered. The Earnest money/bid security must be delivered by hand or through courier to reach “On or before 11:30 Hours” Tuesday, 30-07-2026 at Office of Manager Material Management, 1st Floor, Main Admin Building JPCL Jamshoro, before the online submission deadline of bid also the scanned copy of the same must be uploaded on E-Pad Portal along with bid, without which the respective bid will not be accepted.Improper / Incomplete or Conditional bids will be rejected straight away. 8. The bid proposals will be evaluated on overall bid offer basis,irrespective of item wise. 9. The Bid validity must be 60 days or above. 10. Work Completion period will be 90 days after the issuence of Service order/Work Order. 11. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring Agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds as per PPRA Rule-33 (1). 12.
