INVITATION TO e-BIDS THROUGH EPADS v2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSETS Saindak Metals Limited (SML), a State-Owned Enterprise under the administrative control of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from interested individuals/firms/companies for e-Auction of Disposal of Used Official Vehicles on "As Is Where Is Basis" The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax (where applicable) and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The bidders must also be registered with EPADS v2.0 for participation in the electronic auction process. 2. e-Bidding documents as per Public Assets Disposal Regulations-2024, containing detailed Terms & Conditions, vehicle specifications, reserve prices, inspection details, payment terms and other requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://www.epads.gov.pk/ and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. 3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The bidders shall participate online in the e-Auction through their EPADS v2.0 accounts. The e-Auction shall remain open till Monday, July 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM, and the bids shall be reviewed and evaluated online on the same day after closing of the auction. The bidders shall have the opportunity to increase their offers multiple times until the closing time, i.e., Monday, July 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM, after which the bidder offering the highest responsive bid meeting the reserve price shall be considered through EPADS v2.0, subject to approval of the Competent Authority Note: Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted in terms of Regulation No. 26 of Public Assets Disposal Regulations-2024 is available on EPADS v2.0 and on the Procuring Agency's website (if available).
