Description
Only the prequalified suppliers shall be entitled to participate in the next procurement proceedings, and it is expected that the Invitation to Financial Bids using Bill of Quantities (BoQs) will be made only to the Prequalified suppliers who have signed the agreement / contract with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for a period of three (03) years.
