Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Gadani invites electronic bids (e-bids) through EPADS v2.0 from eligible firms for the procurement of uniforms for Customs Officers and Sepoys along with shoes, badges and epaulettes with respective ranks. Bidders shall submit all required technical, qualification and financial information electronically through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with the bidding documents. Technical proposals shall be evaluated against the prescribed evaluation criteria, and only bidders obtaining the minimum qualifying score of 70 out of 100 marks shall be considered technically responsive. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder for the complete lot in accordance with the PPRA Rules
