Description
A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders for the following work. The bidder/ company should be Security wise cleared, Enlisted and Prequalified with Department. The work schedule is as under: - Name of Work Estimated at Par Cost Tender Fee Pre bid Meeting and Time Bid Submission date & Time Bid Opening date &Time Period for Completion (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) Construction of 94 Men SM Barrack at site near Chashma (Mianwali) 75.949 M 5,000 08-07-2026 at 1000 hrs 16-07-2026 at 1130 hrs 16-07-2026 at 1200 hrs As per Tender Documents a.Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure of Open Competitive Bidding shall be adopted. Each bid shall comprise one single envelope containing, separately, financial proposal and technical proposal (if any). All bids received shall be opened and evaluated in the manner prescribed in the bidding document. b.Tender documents can be obtained during working hours (900 Hrs to 1500 Hrs) on Monday to Friday from under mentioned office. c.Issuance of tender documents shall be closed one day earlier to the opening date. d.1% Bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guaranty from scheduled banks of Pakistan as specified in tender documents shall have to be submitted along with bid. However, if any bidder opts to submit Bank Guaranty, it must have an expiry date of at least 6 months from the date of opening. Otherwise bid shall be rejected. e.Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with tender with name of work clearly mentioned on the envelope. f.Competent authority may reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid proposal. g.Tender will not be issued or accepted by Post/Courier/Telegraphic means. h.Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to demand the analysis of quoted rates / bid %age to check reasonability, workability and viability of the bid. i.Incomplete proposal / bid may not be entertained and shall be treated as nonresponsive. j.Tender notice is also available at website www.ppra.org.pk DIRECTOR CONTRACTS POST BOX NO 368 RAWALPINDI Ph: 051-2190341
