Description
Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (Main Ministry, EP wing and Press Registrar) Islamabad invites proposals through EPADS from reputed, experienced, financially sound and technically capable Event Management Companies / Media Firms / Service Providers for pre-qualification to provide professional services on as-and-when-required basis for a period of one year (extendable). 2. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, active taxpayers and fulfill the eligibility requirements mentioned in the bidding documents. 3. Complete bidding documents may be obtained during office hours, after publication of this notice, from the office of the Section Officer (GA), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Islamabad. The cost of the bidding documents shall be PKR 15,000/- (non-refundable) in the shape of Pay Order / CDR in favour of DDO, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, payable in accordance with applicable PPRA procedures. 4. Only bids submitted through EPADS after successful payment of the prescribed bidding document fee shall be considered eligible. Failure to submit the required bidding document fee shall result in disqualification of the bidder and rejection of the application from further consideration. Ministry of Information & Broadcasting reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA Rules. 5. The application/proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents, must reach the office of the Section Officer (GA) on or before 10-07-2026 till 12:30 PM. The applications / proposals will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of the applicants or their authorized representatives who may choose to attend.
