Description
Cantonment Board Jhelum invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced and authorized, contractors and suppliers registered with income tax, sales tax in accordance Cantonment Board Jhelum invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced, and with PPRA Rules 2004, for Certain Facilities and Miscellaneous Store items rates, on requirement basis, for the financial year, 2026-27. 2. followed. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available on PPRA Rule 36 (b), single stage two envelopes bidding procedure will be submission of applications on the firm's letter head alongwith experience supporting documents on or before 14-07-2026, from the office of Cantonment Board Jhelum at the cost of Rs. 2000/- in the form of a pay order or DD or in cash. 3. Bid security for Rs. 200,000/- in the favor of the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Jhelum, must be attached with the financial proposal. 4. The contractor/bidders who quote their bids / rates non-reasonable shall submit a performance guarantee in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. 5. The quotation, prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents, must reach the procurement office at the Cantonment Board Jhelum on or before 15-07-2025 at 1300 hours. The technical proposal will be opened on the same day at 1330 hrs. The financial proposal opening date and time will be communicated separately.
